It breaks our heart, but sometimes people don’t want their poster printed with the legend at the bottom that we printed it. Well, it’s your poster and we’re OK with that.
But then, they try to delete it and they can’t! The explanation is that the line is on the Master Page of the PowerPoint slide. Go to View>Slide Master or Master>Slide Master (2003 and before) and you can select and delete our proud logo.
We aren’t trying to be difficult. You see, items on the master slide remain below the active page, and can’t be inadvertently moved into your poster design. We found that having the logo on the page was a problem for people as they tidied up their poster, so we moved it to the master page where it is less likely to cause a problem.
But, we do understand that sometimes you don’t want to brag that your poster was printed by us, and we are still happy to have your business!
